How to Return
We have extended our returns to 31st January. Please note that refunds will be permitted if the item is unworn and undamaged. If you are not 100% happy with your Doobys Nails order for any reason, please return to us in its original condition to our warehouse. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. If you can please include your full name and order number we will be able to refund quicker.
