How to return your items
In 2020 we had a return rate of 0.1% so we have extended our UK returns up to 50 days after purchase. Our Doobys Nails boxs are large letter friendly so can either be popped into a letter box as a large letter or taken to a post office. (Please see below for details on how to return your items)
For International returns you will need to get your returns label via the portal. Please use the address label provided, any handwritten address labels will cause delays with your refund and may mean you need to pay import VAT and a customs duty charge.
As our products are hand made, once payment has been made we as a team work quickly to get your orders out to you ASAP so I am afraid cancellations will not be accepted.
During the pandemic we know life was turned upside down and we chose to extend our returns to 50 days. We have decided to carry this on as we know life can be hectic even without a pandemic. All we ask is you to return any unwanted nails in the same condition we sent them.
Please note that refunds will be permitted if the item is unworn and undamaged. If you are not 100% happy with your Doobys Nails order for any reason, please return to us in its original condition to our warehouse and your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.
Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. If you can please include your full name and order number we will be able to process your refund quicker.

Please allow 4-5 working days from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
