ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL ?
After placing your order with Doobys Nails, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, items purchased, billing and delivery address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away – it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you’re checking the correct email address you used to purchase your nails with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail
PROCESSING TIMES? All our items in our store are hand made from scratch, at the moment due to how busy we are we currently ask for around 5-7 working days to receive an order, write up, hand make the nails, package and get it in the post on the way to you. Postage duration after this will depend where you are based. (Wholesale duration will differ depending on the size of the order)
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? We ship worldwide. Our shipping is done through Standard Airmail and we offer the following options on checkout:
UK Standard & Tracked Royal Mail (ships within 5 working days) Postage duration is second class large letter or package 2-4 working days.
WORLDWIDE Standard & Tracked Airmail (ships within 5 working days) Postage duration globally is 5-10 working days.
*Although international customers typically receive their orders within 5 to 10 business days some orders have taken as long as 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
*If you selected the extra optional tracking postage on checkout, this number will be in the ‘order Complete’ email we send once we dispatch the package, along with the link for you to track. Tracking numbers for international packages are provided, however, depending on your location sometimes the tracking information provided by the Royal Mail will not fully update until the package has left the country. Longer delays can be expected due to import processes and country’s customs.
We kindly ask that all INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS wait at least 30 BUSINESS DAYS after placing their order with us before contacting us. This is because we currently ask for 5 – 7 working days, to receive and hand make your items, worldwide postage after this can be up to 20 working days (excluding Sundays & Saturdays) so we kindly ask you ensure this duration has passed before contacting us regarding a missing package. (Please note this is all stated on our FAQ page)
UK CUSTOMERS we ask for 5 – 7 working days to hand make items and postage will be Royal Mail second class which is 2 – 4 working days after we have dispatched. So we ask for 7 – 11 working days to get packages to our worldwide customers.
If you have selected TRACKING for your package and we have marked the order as complete but is unable to track please not our postal system tracking is enabled once the package leaves the UK, so the items will be on the way they just may need a few days to be able to be tracked.
PLEASE NOTE OUR WEBSITE HAS BEEN UNDER GOING A HUGE MAINTENANCE ALTERATION THE LAST FEW WEEKS. IF YOU HAVE CONTACTED US IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF FEBRUARY AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY WITHIN 48 WORKING HOURS PLEASE DROP US ANOTHER EMAIL AND WE WILL GET RIGHT BACK TO YOU.
