Where is my order?

So, you placed your order with us and now the Doobys Nails team will get straight on it to hand make your set of nails. The first thing we advise you to do is check our Delivery Information so you can get an idea of roughly when to expect your nails to arrive. We do currently ask for 5 – 7 working days for our team to receive an order, hand make and dispatch orders (please note this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays) Then we will send a dispatch email to let you know your order is on the way (don’t forget to check those junk folders)

Why is my order late?

Are you sure your nails are late? Have you checked our delivery durations depending on where you are based? We do also ask you to allow us 5 – 7 working days to receive an order, hand make your nails, package them up and get them on the way to you. On the rare occasion your delivery is overdue on the advised delivery durations please contact us below with your order number and the name used to place the order and a member of our team will help you out

Can I return my nails?

If for any reason you are not happy with your nails we are happy to accept a return for any item that is unused. Please return the item in the same condition it was in when it arrived to you. Please see our returns page for more information
We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit! Please ensure you package your return items carefully

* Where is my order ?
We have our current delivery durations stated as above. Please bear in mind due to how many staff / how busy your local sorting office is this can vary by a day or two so although most of our orders will arrive on time please allow a few extra days for your order if it is yet to arrive.

* Where is my tracking ?

We have the option to track your order on checkout, tracked shipping or standard shipping. If you chose to track the ID will be in your dispatch email.

Who do you ship with ?

We ship with ROYAL MAIL, all worldwide  packages will go via Airmail.
